This year (2023) we were overjoyed to be an event sponsor for the Movement Centre‘s annual wheel/walk/run fundraiser named the Perogy Run. The event sponsorship is in support of unique rehabilitation programs at the Movement Centre of Manitoba. This year marks the Movement Centre’s 25th year of serving the community and the fundraiser amassed a net total over $137,000!!! This is over $12,000 over the original goal of $125,000. We couldn’t be more proud of the success of this event. And secondly to having record-breaking raised funds from event sponsorships, the event also had its highest number of participants with over 375 wheelers, walkers, and runners registered! The success of this event will have a tremendous impact on the Movement Centre’s ability to continue to provide much needed programs for children and adults with physical disabilities across Manitoba.
